What this page collects
The call form collects your name, email, optional company and phone, the product you ask about, a preferred slot, and your message. We use it only to answer that request and to confirm the call.
Anti-spam
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Google receives the check needed to tell a person from a script, under Google’s terms.
Confirmation and the internal notice are sent with Resend. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is open, then for a normal business record.
The WhatsApp button opens a chat on +39 352 222 0223. That conversation is on WhatsApp, which is a separate service. The name shown inside WhatsApp is the name of that account, not a label we set on this site.
Your request
You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of the form details by writing to privacy@tomlabs.app. You can also complain to the ICO in the United Kingdom.
